I curated and led the creative development of the core collection for JAKIMAC, taking a modern, clean approach to leather accessories. Collaborating closely with the lead designer, I guided the selection of color palettes, materials, product shapes, and overall vibe and aesthetics. This collection emphasized minimalist, androgynous silhouettes, reflecting the brand's vision of geometric simplicity and sophistication.
My leadership in developing this collection ensured that the designs were both visually striking and strategically aligned with the brand's identity, enhancing JAKIMAC's presence in the luxury accessory market. The result was a collection that embodied modern elegance, resonating with the brand’s target audience and driving business growth.
On-Set Art Direction and E-Commerce Strategy for JAKIMAC
I led the on-set art direction for JAKIMAC, overseeing the styling and providing movement and artistic direction to models to ensure that every shot aligned with the brand’s aesthetic vision. My role extended beyond the shoot, where I managed the post-production process, including e-commerce selects and cropping for JAKIMAC.com, ensuring that all visuals met the highest standards for the brand’s online presence.
My ability to guide both the creative direction on set and the strategic execution of the brand’s e-commerce imagery highlights my capacity to deliver a cohesive visual experience across both physical and digital platforms.
ux and homepage redesign for jakimac
I led the redesign of JAKIMAC’s homepage across both web and mobile platforms, focusing on a more editorial-centric layout that showcases the brand's core top-selling products. The design prioritized photography, placing it front and center to visually engage users while enhancing product visibility.
In addition to creating new content blocks to feature the latest collections, I designed the user experience to ensure seamless navigation. By focusing on intuitive design and user flow, I optimized the site’s layout for both aesthetic appeal and ease of use, creating a more engaging and fluid shopping experience across platforms.
